Off the Map
a new play by Kathy Coudle-King
Based on interviews conducted around the state of ND in 2010-11, this docu-drama integrates video as 8 actors portray 22 real people. Off the Map explores what some towns are doing to stem out-migration or draw people to them. It celebrates grassroots activism and the spirit of community which is alive and well in the "middle of nowhere".
Touring this summer: June 2 - Hazelton, 7 p.m.; June 3 - Hatton, 2 p.m.; July 9 - Stanley, 7 p.m.; July 10 - Crosby, 1:30 pm; July 12th and 13th - Grand Forks, Fire Hall Theatre, 7:30 p.m.
Featuring: Kathy Coudle-King, Erin Hendrickson, Cherie Johnson, Ryan King, Gary Lillimoen, Patrick Pearson, Donna Stewart, Joy Vaagene.
